Kim Lincoln, founder of the Terrain of Essence Teachings has entailed an epic 40 years of in-depth therapies, training, and her own personal work to reconnect with trusting the truth. She was partnered to the co-developer of the Diamond Approach, a wisdom path of consciousness and liberation, with whom she traveled worldwide to assist retreat participants in their exploratory processes. She has studied cutting edge systems of consciousness, trauma, bodywork, subtle energy and spiritual practices bridging all denominations.

Yet over time saw a need asking to be addressed. So began the creation of her own methodology, out of which was born a skill set of new tools. To this day these are some of her most effective offerings shared with her students. Her first classes were the result of others noticing her change wanting to learn what it is she was doing. By word of mouth her practice grew. It has now become a full fledged school. ​

​As a midwife of the soul Kim assists individuals with their process of self-growth. The primary feedback again and again is about how accessible she has made this mysterious work. What's unique are the simple holistic exercises she has developed to address unconscious patterns. A method clarifying intricate mechanisms, providing simple solutions.
